Below you can book a session, buy a gift certificate and read important session information.

BEFORE BOOKING: Please read the below points AND the “Session Information” section on this page.

  • When booking, you don’t need to choose a style. Simply book a time slot and then discuss your options on the day. (See Services page)
  • Lomi Life provides a deeper, more immersive experience involving 1.5 hour sessions (with 1hr 50min initial consults).
  • If you have private health insurance cover for remedial massage, don’t pay online. We have HICAPS for instant refunds so bring your card.
  • WAITLIST: Last minute spots AND extra evening spots sometimes come up! If your times are taken or you can only do an evening, enter your preferred times in the wait list form below. Consider also booking a future session in case nothing comes up. 
  • 15% surcharge on public holidays

  • Access: The studio is located within Recharge Health Clinic at 324 Queens Parade, Fitzroy North
  • Parking: Free two hour parking on McKean St (which is fine for a 2 hour session).
  • HICAPS: Health fund rebates available.
  • Concession Rates: 15% discount for concession card holders. Please mention before payment in every session.
  • Session length refers to all time in the bodywork studio, starting at the appointed time, unless your practitioner is running late.
  • Cancellations: As it is difficult to fill sessions at short notice, cancellations under 24 hours ahead incur a 50% fee. No-shows require the full fee. Changes can be made via a link in your confirmation email more than 24 hours ahead. Session length cannot be reduced on the day.
  • Rescheduling twice or more in a row may incur a $15 fee.
  • Illness: Please postpone (24+ hours ahead) if experiencing significant cold/flu symptoms, fever or coughing in the 48 hours prior to your session. If in contact with a COVID-19 case, you must be tested and cleared.
  • A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays
  • Some coconut oil residue will remain on your body and hair at the conclusion. This is good for the skin! Please don’t bother washing your hair before a session. 🙂
  • Lomi Life does not provide a sexual service of any kind. Draping is mandatory at all times in all sessions.
  • Gift certificates: available for purchase online.
  • Michael is a certified remedial massage therapist with AAMT and a qualified lomi lomi and ka huna (level 3) bodyworker.

  • If you have an old 2 hour gift certificate, book an initial consult and mention it at the start of the session. Extra time will be provided.
